JCPD is located in Taiping Industrial Park,SuZhou,with a total land area of 35,000m² .Jincheng always regards people foremost and implements scientific innovation.We have a total of 700 people,of which strong and experienced senior engineers and skilled engineers with a ration 1/5 of company strength.In addition,we have professional experts who have been dedicated to die casting and CNC machining industry for many years experience.In order to provide high quality products and the best service to our valued customers,we have imported 24 units advanced die casting machines with locking tonnage ranging from 88 Tons to 2000 Tons,with annual production capacity of 10,000 Tons. For CNC Machining equipments,JCPD is equipped with 160 units CNC machines which are imported from USA(HAAS),KOREA(KIA),JAPAN(FANUC),WINTEC(TAIWAN). JCPD is equiped with more than 10 various types of inspection,testing,and analyzing equipments for quality control,such as:CMM,X-RAY NDT Tester,OBLE Spectrometer(Germany),Profile Projector,ROHS Tester,ect.
